  Bad Bad Bad................. 1. During the account open application process, the clerk and manager made mistake a couple times. It took me more than an hour to open an account. 2. After I opened the account, the mails was sent to my previous address for a month. I keep calling the service department. The answer was that I would get mail in a few days. They never deep-dived in the problem for me. 3. I made several calls and frustrated about the above situation. I finally called Vice President of the branch. He looked at the situation and said the same thing - I would get the mail and account information in a few days. After that he asked how I got his phone number. Then he say his phone number is only for important calls. :( 4. They are overly concern about the security system online which is good ....and bad. They used temporary user name, password, and hide account numbers on statement. I still don't know my exact true account numbers after two months with them. 5. They don't open Saturdays and only open until to 4 pm M-F. The use small money to incentivize you to open an account. But they really have bad services and you just stuck with them for a while.
