  This is the worst travel agency I have dealt with, my wife was traveling with twins and we requested him to help with getting bassinets on the flight, they completely refused to do so, they would not help with meals and were just rude. He suggested that bassinets were not required since we can hold the kids in our hands for the 22 hour flight, this guy is crazy. As a matter of fact he was more expensive than another travel agent when I told him that I was getting something cheaper and if he would match the rate, he started acting like my financial planner telling me how I should use my money. Stay away from them especially this guy.
